A naturally-leavened sourdough made with ancient Khorasan wheat – golden crumbed, gently nutty, and deeply flavourful with a crisp crust. It also freezes very well and makes the most delicious toast.

Due to the time that this process takes, we have limited availability on a daily basis. To ensure that bread is available for your departure, please order 24h prior to departure. If ordering at shorter notice, we will do our utmost to fulfil your order but it may not always be possible.
