USEFUL INFORMATION

FOR YOUR SAFETY

We kindly ask that you review the following safety information which briefly outlines how to respond to an emergency. To ensure your safety, we conduct regular emergency training and drills with all our staff.

EMERGENCY PROCEDURES

In case of emergency, please dial 3000.

FIRE

In the event of fire, the hotel staff will inform you if evacuation is necessary.

If a fire starts in your room, inform the Guest Assistant on extension 3000 if you are not in any immediate danger.

Do not put yourself in danger.

Try to contain the fire by closing the doors and windows.

A fire extinguisher is located in the corridors and hallway.

Please vacate the area and assemble at the Muster Point on the Circus Maximus lawn.

MUSTER POINT

We have identified one Muster point in the event of Fire, on the Circus Maximus lawn next to the Walled Garden to the north of the House. It is important that people gather at is point, as it is our way of ensuring that everyone is safe and accounted for, before we plan the next step, dependent on the situation. Please be familiar with this point and your route to it.
